SuperSlow Zone Bahçeşehir, a muscle strengthening center, whose concept design, implementation and site fabrication was realized by Liona Architecture, draws attention as a project in which all details were solved in coordination between architect and engineer.
The project process was handled under three main headings: conceptualization, study of application projects and on-site implementation. It was aimed to create a project where design, comfort and functionality are at the forefront.

During the creation of the floor plan, functional spaces were created where each area was used efficiently and circulation areas were solved correctly. Then, the concept that will create the identity of the space was studied with 3D visuals, and in parallel, ceiling, floor plans, furniture and wet area details, electrical and mechanical projects were created, and the disadvantages caused by the height of the suspended ceiling were eliminated.

With the finalization of the application projects, field works started. All disciplines were managed during the implementation process of the project and the work was delivered on time.

Since the space was planned as an exercise room, a warm background was created with a wooden floor covering in addition to the curvilinear shaped ceilings and walls dominated by white color.

The design is completed by adding green plants and hidden lighting to the space. While simplicity is prioritized with the selected materials, the design is strengthened and emphasized with the amorphous forms applied. Blue and navy blue, the corporate colors of the company, are used on the walls and movable furniture.

Since cooling is very important in the gym, hidden ceiling type air conditioners were preferred. While fresh air conditioned with linear slot diffusers is supplied to the hall, exhaust is provided with round grilles placed on the indoor circulation area in the center line. Thus, direct contact with cold air is prevented for sports users.

The intensive electrical and mechanical installations applied in the suspended ceiling were discussed in detail with two disciplines together and the ceiling height was ensured to be maximum.

The hidden light in the interior space is supported by a second lighting element to provide 300-350 lux value of the space, providing a soft illumination level to the environment.
